This feature is very useful. The tooltips will be displayed in a pop up window. It will be displayed as soon as WordPress is upgraded to it latest version. This feature is suitable for plugin and theme authors.
5. Flyout Menus
If you are spending more time on WordPress, it makes the dashboard click-heavy. When you use the sub-menu link, the flyout menus save a click. These give an enhanced visual experience.
6. An Improved Media Uploader
New advancements have been incorporated in the media uploader. It lets you take images and PDFs from your desktop to WordPress. The uploader is not Flash dependent. It supports file uploading on many platforms with HTML5 and Silverlight technology.
7. Permanent widgets
In the previous versions of WordPress, a change in the theme makes the widgets disappear. But WordPress 3.3 has resolved this issue. Even if the theme is changed, you will find the widgets in the sidebar.
8. jQuery 1.7 & jQuery UI 1.8.16
WordPress 3.3 includes an updated jQuery and a jQuery UI 1.8.16.
9. WordPress Editor API
You can customize the post editor and TinyMCE buttons. You can also add editors.
